For Metis_NL (Contemporary Arts Gallery Amsterdam), the designers of Rebrandt® created a serie of 10 catalogs in the form of stylish handbags. By letting the cover continue, folding it back and providing it with a handle, a unique book design was created. The interior of each catalog is custom designed for the artist in question, with a manual addition to the cover for each edition. The 'handbags' have since gone all over the world and have been awarded with a.o. a Red Dot Award, Nomination Deutsche Design Preize and an inclusion in the collection of the Metropolitain Museum NY.
